MANAGER – NODE SPLITS: Directed and managed the Node Split Program for the
Beltway Region within the Northeast Division. Regional face to
divisional engineering leadership for node splits. Changed from being
ranked fifth (last) to first (top producing) region in 6 months. Re-engineered and defined how inter-departments
interact with the node split process
(90
day cycle – proactive and not reactive) for capacity driven node
splits. The program includes the approval of all steps from identifying
the node to split working with the capacity group and why by using capacity
tools. Provided leadership from design to construction (both field and
head-end) for the node split, to the final node move within the hub to
different service groups, including any hub pull backs. By maintaining strategic and operational partnerships
and foresight in future node splits positioning the next quarter.
Partnered with all vendors and developed procurement readiness. Responsible for developing budget and month to month forecast/outlook of
capital spending, and production, including facilitating area meetings across

Developed the node plus zero 96 node rack elevation/design and eventually to

for developing and maintaining spectrum plans for the East Region, covering
the Carolina’s, New York, including NYC Market, and New England.
Working with all regional and divisional departments to collect, analyze, and
report spectrum usage and develop future plans covering more than 220
different lineups. Develop project plans while working with the local
engineering groups for new product launches or expanding existing spectrum
usage for added services, including the development D3 Frequency expansion
plans. Tracking of upstream spectrum use and testing results working

Spectrum SharePoint Database that will tie spectrum usage by type to the
